like I said before shit's not free, the MTB market is soo saturated with riders trying to get any type of sponsership you EVERYONE is goin to have to put somthing in to get somthing out. Only the elite of the elite get free shit now a days.

The problem is that you are not helping them out. Not if they have to pay dues. If this is something you are running than you have to soak up the cost.

It's almost like saying "Happy Birthday, here's a new car! That'll be $16,000 please".

Any screenprinter will charge those rates. However, you have to buy in bulk. I suggest you get a web site together first and go from there. Worry about shirts/hats, etc. down the line.
